My name is Mrs. Reiffe but it's perfectly okay for the younger children to call me "The Bucket Lady." I am passionate about bucket filling and I am thrilled to be in this position as the Guidance Counselor for the Cresskill Elementary Schools. I have been serving the Cresskill School District since 2001. Prior to coming to Cresskill, I worked at another school in Bergen County and I spent 4 years in New York City. I received a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both New York and New Jersey. I also have another Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Ramapo College. As a Paul Robeson Scholar, I obtained a BA from Rutgers University with highest honors in Psychology and Social Work. During my undergraduate studies, I was a strong advocate for students with disabilities, social justice, and Social-Emotional Learning. Prior to graduation, I was the recipient of the Raoul Wallenberg Humanitarian Award and The New York Times Young Citizens Award. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy world travel, exercise, and photography. My family knows that Cresskill is my home away from home and I truly love our Cresskill students. I am excited to be able to support them and to help them grow into compassionate and respectful citizens!
